Child Care
Cascade Hills Church has partnered with The Growing Room to provide the most outstanding child care possible! Childcare for our Nursery & Preschool department (ages birth through K4) is available during every weekend service and Bible Study hours. Children from Kindergarten through 5th grade have a place at Cascade Hills too! While you are learning and worshiping your child will be too in our Real Kids Department!
Praise & Worship
We invite you to join us each week in our weekend services. Our services begin with relevant praise and worship
music. You are encouraged to participate by singing, clapping or just
making a joyful noise! The songs are easy to get into so you will
learn them quickly. Our worship time is geared to worship God by
telling others about Him. Sometimes a secular song is used for the
purpose of breaking down any walls that an un-churched person may have
about church…and then prepare them to hear God’s word. Much prayer and
preparation goes into the planning of each weekend and every song,
video or spoken word has a specific purpose. You won’t just be
entertained; you will experience something that could change your life.
FAQ's
Is Cascade Hills accepting of minorities and people of different races?
Yes. Cascade Hills Church is made up of people from many different nationalities, cultures and races. You are always welcome here.
Is Cascade Hills a friendly church?
Yes. You will find the atmosphere to be very inviting and you will also be able to invite your friends without the fear of them having a bad experience.
What if I don’t have “Sunday” clothes? Can I dress nicely but casual?
Yes. Of course, we believe we should honor God with appropriate clothing, yet at the same time, a large number of our people dress casually and nice. We do not believe casual clothing means casual faith. We take our faith seriously.
If I need to talk with a pastor for counseling or help does your church provide this?
Yes. We have trained, called, and qualified male and female pastoral counselors who are available for you. Simply call the church office to schedule an appointment with one of them. Ask for the Care Department/Ministry.
Does your church have a safe children’s environment?
Yes. We go to great lengths to provide the best care possible for your little ones that will put your mind at ease. We also partner with The Growing Room, Inc., which is a certified child-care provider, to ensure that there are enough sufficient, trained workers for the large number of children we minister too. Our workers are clean, have had background checks and many are also trained in the medical field. You are welcome at any time to observe your child in that environment. Pagers are also provided for parents in the event that you may need to be contacted during a service.
Do you have a class that helps one get started in their Christian life?
Yes. We provide an exciting, informative class called, “Discovery” that is offered on campus on Saturday evening and Sunday mornings. It covers many topics that will be helpful to your growth.
If I would like a place to serve in the church, how would I go about that?
We provide one on one interviews for those desiring to serve, simply by calling the church office and making an appointment. In some areas, a background check may be required. Spiritual gift testing is also available to help you discover the place where you may serve best. We want all of our people to use their gifts for God’s glory and the advancement of the Gospel.
