Greeter

Job Description : (Arrive 20 minutes before start time.)  Welcome and greet parents and children as they enter Kids World.  Assist with check in as needed.

Visitor’s Desk

Job Description : Job Description:  (Arrive 20 minutes before the start time.)  Welcome or greet any guests and assist them in filling out a visitor’s card.  Send guests a thank you card for their visit.

Security Door

Job Description : (Arrive 20 minutes before the start time.)  You will stand at the security entrance of the Kids World worship center.  You will make sure no child leaves the room unless they are accompanied by a parent or guardian with a verified security slip.  You will also make sure no one enters the children’s area of the Kids World worship center unless they are an approved volunteer.

Bible Study Teachers/Substitute Teachers

Job Description : (Arrive 20 minutes before the start time.)  Teach a Bible study class on a weekly, bi-weekly, or “as needed” basis.  You will teach the curriculum approved by the children’s ministry director.  You will make any contacts needed for your class such as visitors, new members, and regular attendees who may be absent.

Runners

Job Description:  (Arrive 20 minutes before the start time.)  Assist in escorting children to and from their Bible study class and children’s worship center.  You will also show children to their designated area in the Kids World worship center.

Worship Service and Game Time Volunteer

Job Description:  (Arrive 20 minutes before the start time.)  You will be assigned one class (K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th).  You will be responsible for your class throughout the worship hour.  You will sit with your class during worship and supervise them during game time.  It is your responsibility to make sure all children are accounted for at all times during this hour.  You will remain with your class until the children are picked up.

Sound Operators/Powerpoint Operators

Job Description:  (Arrive 20 minutes before the start time.)  Run the sound system and power point during the children’s worship service.  This includes the operation of CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, and the sound board.  Some experience required.
