Food for Thought
This 6 week class starts at first understanding good food choices, continues with a grocery store tour, and ends with meal and snack planning.
Thursday Cycling
If you are a beginner or intermediate cyclist, this is your group. Our rides are 15-20 miles at a 12-15 mph pace. We will also teach basics, such as, riding in a line and rules of the road.
Tuesday Run
Drop your kids off at Mother's Morning Out at Cascade Hills Church and then meet us in the parking lot for a 3 mile run.
